AWARDS PRESENTATION
“REDNECK ROBBER” BANK ROBBERY INVESTIGATION
On Monday, October 15, 2007, at 9:30 a.m., the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) will honor several local law enforcement officials from Colleton; Dorchester; Summerville; North Charleston, and Charleston counties with “Letters of Appreciation for providing assistance to the FBI during the “Redneck Robber” bank robbery investigation. Assistance Special Agent in Charge, Thomas R. Metz, will present the awards on behalf of Director Robert Mueller.
The presentation will convene in the Citadel Alum Center (Media Room). All media personnel who desire to attend are asked to be at the center no later than 9:15 a.m., to ensure adequate time to find parking and set up equipment prior to the presentation.
