PRESS RELEASE

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is attempting to locate Johns Island, S.C. resident, Pasquale Pellicoro, age 53, who failed to appear Wednesday morning in United States District Court. A bench warrant has been issued for his arrest.

On August 22, 2007, Pellicoro was indicted for conspiracy to possess and distribute cocaine, along with co-defendants Thomas Ravenel, and Michael L. Miller in violation of Title 21 United States Code, Section 846.

Pellicoro was born in Italy, and is a resident alien. He weighs 210 pounds, and is 5'6 inches.

All charges in this indictment are merely accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until, and unless, proven guilty.
