THREE HEBREW BOYS ASSOCIATE SENTENCED

Columbia, South Carolina---- United States Attorney W. WALTER WILKINS stated today that Lee Otis Fluker, age 43, of Columbia, was sentenced today in federal court for perjury, a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1623. United States District Judge Margaret B. Seymour sentenced Fluker to one year in prison.

Evidence established that Fluker was questioned under oath regarding whether he knew of the Three Hebrew Boys' business, Capital Consortium Group, deposited money with the Capital Consortium Group, or acted as a representative on its behalf. Fluker denied any involvement with or knowledge of the Capital Consortium Group. However, financial record and witness information contradicted his testimony.

The case was investigated by agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Assistant United States Attorneys Winston D. Holliday, Jr., and Mark C. Moore, of the Columbia office handled the case.
